when i failed at fishtail braids and felt like a student.

Today was warm yet pretty humid so i needed to be covered up but not in thick fabrics that will make me overheat, i'm lucky i made this decision as when i got to my classroom the windows were open due to the radiators which had overheated overnight and were now almost impossible to turn off without a member of the college's technical team.

I kept my make-up to a minimal because i didn't want the humid air to wear it down/smudge it during the course of the day. Last night i decided to paint my nails for the first time in a few months, I wasn't completely satisfied with the outcome as i thought it would have been brighter and more pearly instead of a sheen with gold and pink undertones shining through. I attempted a fishtail braid like Cheryl Cole wore on the previous season of the xfactor, of course I failed miserably! So as a quick simple alternative I brushed my hair to the side and clipped it at e bak with bobby pins, then left the rest loose.
